We require a Sr. Production Manager for an auto parts industry located in Mandi Gobindgarh (Punjab).
Qualification : B.tech ( mech)
Experience : 10-15 year
Role & Responsibility:
Plan, organize, and manage production operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Ensure smooth workflow from raw material to finished goods by coordinating with purchase, quality, and maintenance departments.
Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency
Ensure quality standards are followed at every stage of production.
Check machine performance, plan preventive maintenance with the maintenance team, and reduce downtime.
Knowing CNC machine programming provides an additional advantage.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
