About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced
Production Manager
to lead and optimize production operations in our export-focused manufacturing unit. The role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of export compliance, and the ability to deliver high-quality output within strict international timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end production planning and execution for export orders
Ensure timely completion of production schedules aligned with shipment deadlines
Maintain high-quality standards as per international buyer specifications
Coordinate closely with merchandising, quality assurance, sourcing, and logistics teams
Manage manpower planning, productivity, and shop-floor discipline
Monitor raw material consumption and control production costs
Oversee in-line, mid-line, and final quality inspections
Ensure compliance with buyer audits, certifications, and export regulations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and quality enhancement
Prepare MIS reports and production performance dashboards
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a
Production Manager in an export company
Strong expertise in production planning, process control, and quality management
Hands-on experience with export documentation and compliance standards
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage pressure in a deadline-driven export environment
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Production, Engineering, Textile, or a related field
Background in garment / textile / manufacturing exports preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
