Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and meet quality standards.
• Team Supervision: Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Process Optimization: Implement and monitor production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall output.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that machinery and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
• Reporting: Prepare and present production reports, performance metrics, and other relevant documentation to the management team.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in production management with a solid background in manufacturing fire safety equipment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on process optimization.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards in manufacturing.
• Proactive approach with a commitment to meeting production targets and deadlines.
