Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced

Senior Production Head

to oversee factory operations and ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in

knit garment production

, with proven experience in

line balancing, process optimization, and team leadership

.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

end-to-end production

operations -- cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, and finishing. Plan and execute

daily production schedules

to meet buyer timelines. Monitor

tailor-wise output

, ensure line balancing, and continuously improve productivity. Control production costs and ensure optimal use of manpower and materials. Identify and implement

modern machines, tools, and techniques

to enhance production efficiency. Collaborate with

QA/QC, merchandising, and planning teams

to ensure smooth workflow and timely dispatches. Maintain discipline, quality standards, and accountability across all departments. Generate

daily and weekly MIS reports

on production performance.

Requirements

Minimum

10 years of experience

in

apparel manufacturing (preferably knitwear)

. Strong knowledge of

production planning, line balancing, and process improvement

. Proven ability to

lead large teams

and deliver results within deadlines. Hands-on technical expertise in

sewing lines and factory operations

. Familiarity with

lean manufacturing

and efficiency enhancement tools is preferred.
