Should have hands-on experience of shop floor activities of OSD & Aseptic manufacturing.
Should have handled Cephalosporin products in OSD & Aseptic form. Preference will be given if having shop floor experience of Cytotoxic OSD manufacturing .
Should have Approval as manufacturing chemist from SFDA .
Plan, implement and control the production schedule.
Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
Set and monitor product quality standards.
Analyze, detect and correct the problems of the production with the co-ordination of quality control and quality assurance department.
Estimate production cost, set and manage production budgets.
Preparation of technical documents MFR, BMR, BPR etc.
Maintaining batch records.
Giving intimation of Bulk, semi finish and finish for analysis with advice sheet.
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including
procurement, distribution and management.
Training to the assistant and the operators for cleanliness of personal, area and to their
respective working places.
Giving training to operators regarding SOP and daily reporting to production managers.
To maintain proper feedback system as per discussion and follow the periodic instruction/assignment from HOD.
Note: Production or PPIC (production planning inventory control) Experience is mandatory.
