to manage and oversee the manufacturing of Biochemistry IVD products. The role requires strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (MDR-2017, ISO 13485, GMP) and proven expertise in production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and execute production in line with demand forecasts.
Ensure efficient use of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
Oversee manufacturing of Biochemistry reagents as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
Monitor in-process quality parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Maintain accurate production documentation as per MDR-2017 and ISO 13485.
Coordinate with Stores, QC, QA, and Dispatch for smooth operations.
Lead, train, and supervise production staff.
Implement process improvements (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing).
Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and corrective actions.
Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
Candidate Requirements:
Degree in Science (Biochemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences) or Engineering in related discipline.
5-10 years of production experience in IVD / Pharma / Medical Devices industry.
Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 13485, and MDR-2017.
Leadership and team management skills.
