Job Responsibilities - Production Executive (Food Processing & Seasoning / Pouch Packing)

Oversee daily production operations

in food processing, seasoning, mixing, and pouch-packing units to ensure smooth workflow and on-time output.

Plan and allocate manpower

, materials, and machine schedules to achieve production targets efficiently.

Monitor product quality

at each stage of processing, seasoning, and packing, ensuring compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP/ISO).

Ensure adherence to SOPs

, hygiene practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams

to maintain adequate raw material stock, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely dispatch.

Supervise machine operations

such as mixers, roasters, blenders, form-fill-seal machines, and pouch-packing lines.

Track production data

, maintain logs, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.

Identify process improvements

to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and optimize production costs.

Train and guide line operators and workers

on production techniques, safety practices, and quality protocols.

Monitor equipment performance

and coordinate preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.

Ensure proper packaging standards

, including sealing quality, weight accuracy, batch coding, and labeling.

Maintain workplace safety

by implementing safety protocols and monitoring compliance across the facility.

Support new product trials

, seasoning formulation adjustments, and packaging development activities.
