Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

: Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

Staff Management & Training

: Supervising, training, and motivating production staff to meet quality standards and production targets.

Resource & Cost Management

: Monitoring and controlling production costs, managing budgets, and ensuring the efficient utilization of raw materials and equipment.

Safety & Compliance

: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations within the production area.

Process Improvement

: Identifying areas for improvement in production processes, recommending changes, and implementing new procedures.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

: Working with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and procurement, to optimize operations and resolve issues.

Reporting & Analysis

: Generating production reports, analyzing data to monitor performance, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
