Job Responsibilities
:
Manage and supervise production activities for sofa and furniture manufacturing
Ensure manufacturing as per drawings, BOM, and technical specifications
Improve production processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
Monitor processes related to wood, foam, fabric, metal frames, and upholstery
Ensure product quality in terms of fit, finish, comfort, and durability
Plan manpower and machine utilization effectively
Identify production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of sofa and furniture manufacturing processes
Experience in production planning and process optimization
Knowledge of quality control and inspection methods
Problem-solving and team coordination skills
