The Sr. Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving the overall manufacturing processes in our sheet metal fabrication department. This role involves assisting the Production Manager in optimizing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and implementing cost-effective strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering and manufacturing background, with specific experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in sheet metal fabrication and production engineering.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in CAD software and production planning tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
