Job Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee the daily operations of the production department.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet output targets.
Ensure products are manufactured within quality standards and cost parameters.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for smooth operation of machinery and equipment.
Supervise and guide production staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high productivity.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain production records, analyze performance data, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with quality control, design, and procurement teams for timely project completion.
Resolve any production-related issues or bottlenecks promptly.
Required Skills:
Computer proficiency
- MS Office, Tally/ERP systems, production reporting tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
