Minimum 10 years in Production Industry
(Electrical industry preferred; Sheet metal production experience is an advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a production team of 50+ members.
Oversee day-to-day production operations and general production activities.
Plan, schedule, and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Implement process improvements and maintain safety standards.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Must have an Engineering degree (B.E / B.Tech)

Well-versed and sound in production operations and team management.
Proven experience in handling large production teams and meeting targets.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
