We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Engineer to oversee and manage the entire electroplating plant production process. This is a leadership role that requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in production engineering, team management, and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the electroplating plant's production operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Lead, manage, and coordinate the operations team, including plant logistics, accounts, stock, and HR.

Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Monitor and analyze production data to ensure quality and efficiency in the electroplating process.

Resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvements in production systems and processes.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination and achieve operational goals.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Manage plant budgets, resources, and oversee stock control and inventory management.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in production engineering, with a total of 15 years in the field.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).

Proven experience in managing production teams and plant operations.

Strong knowledge of electroplating production processes and industrial operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple departments (logistics, accounts, stock, HR) and ensure seamless operations.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
