Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer / Supervisor to oversee production activities in the interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves managing the production team, ensuring quality standards, monitoring timelines, and coordinating with design and project teams to deliver high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities for interior design and fit-out projects. Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to ensure smooth execution. Prepare and review production schedules, material requirements, and resource planning. Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of production targets. Ensure quality standards and specifications are met at every stage of production. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize delays. Maintain production records, reports, and documentation. Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and compliance requirements. Manage workforce, including technicians, carpenters, and production staff. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of production processes in interior design, modular furniture, or fit-out industry. Good understanding of materials, joinery, and manufacturing techniques. Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and production planning tools. Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Interior Design (or relevant field). 2-5 years of experience in production supervision within the interior design or fit-out industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
