We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Production Engineer to oversee and optimize our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the efficient use of resources to meet quality, safety, and output goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.

5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a high-volume environment.

Proven knowledge of manufacturing tools and techniques (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).

Strong understanding of process control, quality assurance, and preventive maintenance systems.

Proficient in CAD software and ERP/MES systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
