Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist in planning and executing daily production schedules for CRGO-based transformer core components (e.g., lamination, core assembly). Supervise shop floor activities, ensuring adherence to process parameters and quality standards. Monitor usage and handling of CRGO material to minimize wastage and maintain grain orientation integrity. Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams for smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and 5S practices on the production floor. Analyze production data and suggest improvements to optimize output and reduce downtime. Support training of operators and technicians on CRGO handling and transformer component manufacturing. Maintain accurate production records and report to the Production Manager on KPIs and issues.

Qualifications & Skills

:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. 3-6 years of experience in transformer manufacturing, with exposure to CRGO processing. Knowledge of core cutting machines, annealing processes, and CRGO material standards. Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing. Excellent communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
