Diploma/ B-Tech/ B.E. - Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Production
Experience:
07+ Years in Machine Shop or Press Shop
Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily Production planning,
Able to manage team on 60+ workers and resolve routine issues individually or with team,
Work allotment to Operator / workmen,
Maintain Shop-floor standards, "5S", Quality, Shop-floor discipline, Safety.
Able to train and guide to workers.
Monitoring of Tooling (Tools, Jigs and Fixtures) and their maintenance,
Production layouts, Line setups, Drive TPM, Kaizens, Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Acquire necessary technical knowledge to manage production related issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
