Sarvadnya Electrotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Production Engineer

to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily production activities, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and maintaining quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Fixed Responsibilities:

Conduct and participate in daily

morning production meetings

Align production work as per planning and schedules Prepare and maintain

production planning sheets

for shop floor teams

Drawing verification

with control copy stamping Supervise and coordinate activities in: Fabrication area Wiring area (First-time wiring supervision) Busbar area Pre-assembly area Final assembly area Monitor and support

DSI activities

Perform regular

5S shop floor visits

Participate in

Think Tank / continuous improvement activities

Flexible Responsibilities:

Conduct

weekly toolbox audits

Maintain coordination between

Quality and Production departments

Handle

gate management and production checksheets

Support

shop floor maintenance activities

Provide

technical support to service team

(telephonic or customer support) Manage and update

production and quality checksheets

Support other departments as required

Skills Required:

knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, fabrication, and assembly processes Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment Basic understanding of quality systems and shop floor discipline Familiarity with 5S and safety practices (preferred)
