Required Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in

B.Des / Garment Technology

5-10 years of experience

in apparel production, with strong preference for ethnic wear expertise.

Demonstrated ability to manage large production teams and multiple manufacturing units.

Deep understanding of design aesthetics, technical construction, and ethnic wear craftsmanship.

Strong command over

size charts, grading, fits, and pattern-making principles

.

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Track record of delivering high-quality products within strict timelines and budgets.
