Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our Lehenga Kurta Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality lehengas and kurtas, ensuring that all garments meet the standards of craftsmanship, design, and timeliness. The Production Associate will play a critical role in the seamless manufacturing process, from fabric preparation to final quality checks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in Production Operations

: Support in all stages of garment production, including cutting, stitching, embroidery, and finishing.

Fabric Handling

: Help in the selection, inspection, and preparation of fabrics and trims for production. Ensure materials meet required standards.

Assembly Line Support

: Work alongside production teams to ensure efficient workflow across various stages of the production process, from design to final product.

Quality Control

: Conduct inspections of each garment to ensure it meets company standards for quality, fit, stitching, and finish. Identify defects and recommend improvements.

Inventory Management

: Assist in managing raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate tracking and proper storage.

Machine Operation

: Operate sewing machines, embroidery machines, and other equipment necessary for production, adhering to safety guidelines.

Production Scheduling

: Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.

Troubleshooting

: Identify production issues and collaborate with supervisors to resolve problems quickly to avoid delays.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of production numbers, materials used, and any discrepancies that occur during production.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with design, pattern making, and finishing teams to ensure the final product meets design specifications and customer expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

Education

: Graduation or equivalent in fashion designing

Experience

: 1-2 years of experience in the garment industry, specifically in ethnic wear production, is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
