Job Summary

The Sr Product Specialist in ISG will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our Ingenium-based systems within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise in Ingenium Data Model Architecture S-Steps P-Steps Flow Files JCL and Cobol to drive impactful solutions. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and enhancement of Ingenium-based systems to support business objectives in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. Oversee the integration of Ingenium Data Model and Architecture to ensure seamless system operations. Provide technical expertise in Ingenium S-Steps and P-Steps to optimize system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Ingenium Flow Files for efficient data processing. Utilize JCL and Cobol to develop and maintain robust batch processing solutions. Ensure system compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough testing and validation of system enhancements to guarantee quality and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize system downtime. Document system processes and enhancements to facilitate knowledge sharing and training. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Support the implementation of best practices in system development and maintenance. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. Contribute to the strategic planning of system upgrades and new feature development. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of Ingenium Data Model and Architecture. Demonstrate expertise in Ingenium S-Steps P-Steps and Flow Files. Have proficiency in JCL and Cobol for system development. Bring experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
