Responsibilities:
Product LeadershipOwn the CBO product backlog, prioritizing across features, customer commitments, and technical debt.
Define the integration roadmap across Loan Asset Servicing and Fund Accounting, ensuring clear alignment with market demand and client needs.
Develop and maintain detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), EPICs, and user stories with acceptance criteria aligned to business value.
Provide subject matter expertise on back-office operations for asset managers and fund administrators.
As required, own additional workstreams such as the IA Backlog, ensuring its prioritization and execution are aligned with broader product and business goals.
Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with Market-Facing Product Managers to refine initiatives and translate them into executable Epics and Stories.
Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and QA to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality delivery.
Act as the primary bridge between client-facing teams (Support, Implementation, Account Management) and Engineering for CBO.
Execution & DeliveryEnsure backlog readiness and predictability across sprints and Program Increments.
Drive the resolution of integration issues in the existing CBO solution, ensuring improvements are prioritized and delivered.
Lead customer demos, enablement sessions, and post-release validations.
Requirements:
General Qualifications10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis in B2B SaaS, fintech, or asset management.
Proven track record of owning back-office or accounting-focused products in asset management, fund administration, or financial technology.
Ability to operate independently, take ownership of complex initiatives, and influence across functions.
Domain ExpertiseDeep knowledge of Fund Accounting and Loan Asset Servicing concepts.
Prior experience working on or with systems like WSO, Investran, Geneva, FIS Investran, or similar back-office platforms.
Experience in asset management or fund administrator back-office operations a strong plus.
Technical SkillsFamiliarity with system integrations, APIs, and data workflows.
Comfort working with SQL or structured data queries for validation purposes.
Soft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
Leadership presence to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and business teams.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
