To formulate the business plan and ensure financial adherence throughout the product lifecycle. Participate in cross functional and key business decisions Prepare and present Project Budgets. To make the annual plans of the asset being managed by factoring in timelines, including approvals, launch, and construction, market sentiment in terms of pricing, structure of land related payments, etc. with aim of efficient cashflow management and preserving the business plan Scenario analysis for optimizing the business plan Determine the key performance indicators for the project for the year and periodic review of actual performance with respect to these. Own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution to final completion. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and product opportunities Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, users, and business teams. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Continuously analyze product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback Ensure products comply with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the real estate industry.

Candidate Profile:

Candidate must have real estate experience Candidate must have Project management & Technical understanding. Candidate should have extensive corporate strategy experience in consultancy, real estate, or startup. Advance financial modelling skills Excellent communication & presentation skills CIVIL Engineering & NICMAR are added advantage (not mandatory selection criteria)
