Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage credit policies for school finance lending.
Partner with NBFCs/fintechs to co-create and launch credit products.
Monitor portfolio risk, ensure compliance with RBI & co-lending norms.
Support digital journey integration and real-time credit decisioning.
Requirements:
3-5 years in retail lending (credit risk/policy)
Strong experience in credit policy formulation (must-have)
Exposure to co-lending/fintech partnerships is a plus
MBA (Finance) / CA preferred
