Define and execute the product roadmap for one or more verticals within STAN (e.g., Creator Economy, Fan Engagement, Collectibles, Gamification).
Drive discovery and validation of new product ideas through data analysis, user research, and market trends.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, growth, and data teams to launch high-impact features on time.
Own KPIs and leverage analytics to track product performance and iterate quickly based on insights.
Be a user advocate -- understand their pain points, behaviour, and motivations to deliver real value.
5-8 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer internet, gaming, or social media platforms.
Proven track record of shipping successful B2C products at scale.
Deep understanding of user-centered design, agile methodologies, and MVP thinking.
Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for gaming, creators, digital communities, or fan engagement is a huge plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment preferred.
