Role Overview




As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the design, build, and scale of indiagold's technology and lending stack. You will work closely with business, credit, compliance, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into seamless digital workflows that power our lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead product strategy and roadmap for indiagold's lending business across the customer and loan lifecycle. Partner with Credit, Risk, and Finance to ensure lending workflows align with business, operational, and compliance goals. Build and optimize internal systems (LOS, LMS, and Partner APIs) to deliver scalable, automated, and auditable processes. Drive integrations with bureaus, CKYC, DSA/BC partners, payment gateways, and credit engines. Create dashboards for credit, finance, and operations teams for real-time portfolio and performance visibility. Collaborate with the Tech team to improve underwriting accuracy, loan turnaround time, and fraud detection. Define success metrics for product performance, compliance, and customer experience. Manage the full product lifecycle - from problem discovery, PRD creation, and prioritization to delivery and post-launch evaluation.

Requirements



6-8 years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years of lending experience is a must Prior experience in digital lending, secured loans, or FinTech is mandatory. Strong understanding of LOS/LMS platforms, loan workflows, KYC, collections, and credit operations. Hands-on experience integrating regulatory and financial APIs (CKYC, bureaus, payment rails). Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to translate business and regulatory needs into scalable product solutions. Familiarity with RBI compliance norms, audit requirements, and MIS/reporting frameworks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
