Adobe is seeking dedicated Product Analytics Experts to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will play key part in driving the success of Adobe's Document Cloud products by using your expertise to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and help drive data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators .
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including Hadoop and cloud-based platforms like Databricks.
• Develop compelling data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to communicate insights seamlessly to PMs/ Engineering and leadership.
• Conduct A/B testing and campaign analysis, using statistical methods to measure and evaluate the impact of product changes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, marketers) to translate data into actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
• Independently own and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Effectively communicate analytical findings to stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in solving deep analytical challenges within a product or data-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in advanced SQL, with experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing, campaign analysis, and statistical methodologies.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R, with a foundational understanding of machine learning concepts.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics is a significant plus.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision making.
