Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Process Safety Deliverables like Hazardous Area Classification, F&G layout, Escape Route layout etc

Design of active & passive firefighting system for hydrocarbon plants

Experienced in different safety studies like HAZOP, HAZID, SIL Study, QRA etc

Experience with softwares like AFT Fathom, Pipenet, Flaresim, PHAST etc. Conversant with International codes & standards (NFPA, API, ASME, IEC, OSHA)

Experience : 10+ years

of relevant process safety design experience in industrial projects (preferably oil & gas, refining, chemicals, Energy Transition).

Qualification :

Bachelor//'s degree in

chemical engineering or similar

Software Tools Experience:

It is desirable that the candidate has Experience with modeling tools such as:


PHAST (by DNV)

Fathom (by AFT)

Pipenet (by Sunrise)

Flaresim (by SLB)AutoCAD for layout markups

Office Suite (Excel, Word) - advanced level

Use of other software such as SoundPlan, Flaresim, Hyram, etc. would be an added value
