You\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference by:

\xc2\xb7 Manage employee particulars and crating profiles in Workday

\xc2\xb7 Employee data management and supporting Payroll activities

\xc2\xb7 Execute and monitor the complete process of employee management

\xc2\xb7 Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA

\xc2\xb7 Working with Team Lead to drive improvement initiatives within the team

\xc2\xb7 Better team coordination

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office Applications like Word and Excel

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Workday (Optional)

\xc2\xb7 Other responsibilities and job content as later identified by reporting manager.

Your success is grounded in:

\xc2\xb7 1yrs- 3yrs of Experience in EDM

\xc2\xb7 Excellent English language skill -Spoken & Written

\xc2\xb7 Should be able to multi-task, managing the given task.

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and conceptual skill

\xc2\xb7 Ability to coordinate and complete tasks as per schedule.

\xc2\xb7 Process Automation knowledge is desired

\xc2\xb7 Analyze complex situations based on facts and find solutions

\xc2\xb7 Act proactively to address challenges and opportunities

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated effectiveness in working with customers

\xc2\xb7 Highly energetic and \xe2\x80\x9dGo-getter\xe2\x80\x9d\xe2\x80\x9d
