Role: Application | UNIX | DevOps Support

Location: Pune and Bangalore

Who are we looking for?

A mid-senior level technical support engineer with hands on experience of Unix, Scripting, Application and support to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain focusing on SRE/DevOps roadmap. The individual should be passionate about technology and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and/or as part of larger team.

Technical Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in a technical Troubleshooting role

\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of Unix (Linux)

\xef\x82\xb7 Preferably good in Shell or Python Scripting

\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Devops tools like Jenkins, Jules, AppDynamics

\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in doing deployments and configuring Jenkins jobs

\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with load balancers and cloud technologies i.e. AWS

\xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge of Control M, AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism

\xef\x82\xb7 Exposure to Atlassian technologies like JIRA and Confluence

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Investment Banking (preferable)

\xef\x82\xb7 Preferably, good exposure to Core Java log Troubleshooting (don\xe2\x80\x99t need code writing skills)

\xef\x82\xb7 Issues investigation and coordination

Process Skills:

• Good knowledge of ITSM Process

• Preferrable good knowledge of SDLC

• First point of support for application incidents

• Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves functional and technical problems

• Ensure quality services are delivered with respect to the agreed service level agreement

• Clearly understand client business to recommend, provides and support application services
