Job description Role : Assistant Manager Location : Pune/Chn/Blr Who are we looking for Assistant Manager experience with extensive architecture and design solutioning experience around various End User Computing solutions around MS Azure, VDI, MDM, M365, Win 10 & SCCM CB tools & technologies. Individual should be passionate about emerging technologies, possess strong architecture & design experience and multi skilled Technical Skills: .3+ years of leading the WPS engineering delivery .6+ years design, integration, deployment and management experience for various complex EUC solutions .4+ years design, integration, migration and deployment experience for various EUC solutions based on Azure, VDI (Microsoft/Citrix/VMWare), Workplace Engineering, Mobile Device Management (MS Intune) and M365 .Expertise in EUC workflow & experience in delivering solutions for Workplace as a service model. .Experience of mapping business requirements to the Microsoft Cloud based solutions .Experience in providing technical solution on Implementation & Migrations for Win 10(OS & Applications) & SCCM CB .Strong understanding on the technology refresh on the MS tools & Platforms & able to adapt & suggest solutions & roadmap and able to respond to RFP, RFI, RFQ to define all elements of the solution model in sufficient detail to accurately estimate the cost, effort, timeline and likelihood of success in delivering the solution with the value for both the client and organization. .Demonstrate a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment .Strong knowledge and experience around setting up test labs for POC and Demo .Sound knowledge of Directory Services, Networking and Security infrastructure and applications. .Good experience/knowledge on Powershell & automations. Process Skills .Understand customer pain areas & requirements and respond with design solutions addressing them .Understanding of various project phases and deliver milestones defined .Strong documentation and presentation skills .Change Management skillsets for various design and deployment related activities Certifications Pref .MD-100 + MD-101Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (ConfigMgr / Intune Exam) .MS-100 + MS-101Enterprise Administrator Expert (ConfigMgr / Intune Exam) .MD-100: Windows Client .MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops .MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services .MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security Qualification: .Lead experience in the recent project/years .At least 10+ years of work experience in design, deployment and migration of MS Azure, VDI, MDM and M365 solutions as well on Win 10/11 Implementation/migrations. .Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.
