Inviting applications for the role of Lead Architect. In this role, we are looking for a candidate to design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices.
Responsibilities
? Design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices.
? Ensure the quality and consistency of inventory artifacts for infrastructure.
? Provide technical leadership on large-scale, highly complex projects.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
? Conduct requirement analyses and develop high-quality detailed designs.
? Perform unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
? Coach and develop software engineers into software architects.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
? Deep understanding and proficiency in Java and its associated technologies like J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
? Extensive experience with AWS services.
? Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
? Proven experience in designing applications running on Java/Spring Boot platforms.
Preferred qualifications
? Collaborating with the software engineers and other team members to establish objectives and craft more functional, cohesive codes to improve the user experience.
? Excellent analytical skills with the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions effectively.
? Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative problem-solving.
? Road map planning for upcoming releases.
? Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by supervising industry developments and trends.
? Taking lead on projects, as needed
? Strong experience Java & J2EE application.
? Strong experience in Spring Boot & Microservices
? Working experience in Scaled Agile environment and understanding of CI/CD
? Experience in deploying Spring Boot & Microservices in any cloud technology like AWS.
? Strong expertise in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
? Experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
? Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
? Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
