You are a seasoned Salesforce Architect with deep expertise and hands-on experience in LWC and Aura, adept at tackling complex challenges within the Salesforce ecosystem. As a Senior Principal, you possess advanced knowledge across Salesforce's technical landscape, including its various cloud platforms, programmatic development, declarative design, and system integrations. You are driven by a passion for solutioning, problem scoping, and leading the execution of hands-on technical implementations.

Responsibilities

Assist business partners with creating requirements, identifying gaps, and formulating business requirements into technical solutions.


Work closely with stakeholders and development team to translate requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions that leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform.


Work with management, Project Managers, Business Users and development team to scope work and schedule estimates.


Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including:

Developing custom solutions and integrations tailored to business needs Offering hands-on, expert-level support to developers in resolving technical challenges Designing and overseeing the execution of test plans to ensure high-quality solutions Demonstrating technical thought leadership in all aspects of Salesforce architecture Applying advanced Apex programming expertise, including core design patterns, bulk processing, trigger management, asynchronous operations, integration patterns, and efficient unit testing Utilizing advanced front-end programming skills in LWC, Aura, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Required Experience and Skills

BS in Computer Science or related field is required. Minimum 8 years of experience in implementation and support of Salesforce.com solutions Experience in implementing CRM solutions for Semiconductor industry Good understanding of Channel Management functions such as Ship and Debit Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience working with SQL queries/procedures is preferred. Experience working with analytics solutions such as Power BI is preferred
