This role will sit within the Workforce Management application domain in the Planning & Forecasting product team.
About the Role:

This role, based in our Noida office, will be part of a young and growing team driving our Forecasting technologies forward with new generation products. Working in partnership with the established teams in North America, this role will be key to driving our Planning & Forecasting products forward within the Retail, Manufacturing and Healthcare verticals. Operational responsibilities of this role will be to manage the product lifecycle using agile practices through to successful delivery and realisation of customer value, working closely with product management and engineering colleagues as well as with cross functional teams to support wider enablement on new features as they are released.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute the long-term product strategy & roadmap aligned with overall business objectives within the forecasting and planning product lines.
Work closely with product management team colleagues and engineering lead the end-to-end product lifecycle and to deliver high quality solutions that exceed customer expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs through user research, field engagement, and data-driven insights and translate them into actionable product requirements
Partner with cross-functional teams - engineering, UX, AI/ML, Data science and marketing - to launch new products to market
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends, identify opportunities and threats
Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product & engineering teams
Influence and align stakeholders at all levels through clear storytelling, vision communication, and executive-level presentations
About You:
15+ years' experience delivering or managing SaaS applications within an Agile environment
Proven ability to drive strategic product direction and transformation, especially in complex or mature product environments
Knowledge and experience in the areas of application configuration, support, and application lifecycle management
Strong technical acumen -- you don't need to code, but you should be able to engage deeply with engineering teams and understand architectural trade-offs
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, from peers to executives
Experience in the domain of Workforce Management, Forecasting or HCM would be highly valued
Knowledge of, or experience in, at least one of the following industries: Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Services & Distribution
Proven track record of working in a global organization, partnering with key accounts to deliver Product into the hands of end users
Experience of working with, or building products leveraging, AI would be advantageous
