Job Description

We are looking for a

results-driven PPC Specialist

(2+ years of exp)

to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns for

IT services, digital marketing, or technology-based businesses

, with a strong focus on ROI, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, create, and execute

PPC campaigns

on Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital platforms. Conduct

keyword research

, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to maximize performance. Manage

daily budgets, bids, and campaign performance

while ensuring optimal ROI. Develop and monitor

landing pages

in collaboration with design and development teams to improve conversion rates. Analyze campaign metrics and prepare detailed

performance reports

using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio. Optimize campaigns through continuous testing and insights -- including audience targeting, ad placements, and bidding strategies. Stay updated with

industry trends, algorithms, and PPC best practices

. Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field. Proven experience (2+ years) managing PPC campaigns for

IT or digital service-based companies

. Strong understanding of

Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Manager

. Proficiency in

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console

, and other tracking tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. Certification in

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint

(preferred). Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience:



Experience in

lead generation for B2B IT services

or SaaS products. Understanding of

conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation

. Familiarity with

CRM tools

like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce for lead tracking.
