Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement

canvas and model-driven Power Apps

tailored to business needs. Create, optimize, and maintain

Power Automate flows

to streamline and automate business processes. Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with

SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Dataverse, and external APIs

. Develop custom connectors, formulas, and business logic to extend app functionality. Ensure best practices for

data integrity, app performance, and security

within the Power Platform. Collaborate with business analysts, end users, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions. Maintain clear technical documentation and provide user training/support when needed. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform updates, features, and licensing models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience

in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate. Strong understanding of

Power Platform architecture, Dataverse, and integration techniques

. Experience developing solutions integrated with

SharePoint Online

(lists, document libraries, permissions, etc.). Proficiency with

Microsoft 365 ecosystem

(Teams, Outlook, Forms, Excel, etc.). Experience with

JSON, REST APIs, and connectors

for system integrations.
Basic understanding of

Azure services

,

PowerShell scripting

, or

custom connector development

is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Microsoft Certified:

Power Platform App Maker / Developer Associate

. Experience with

Power Virtual Agents
