Power BI & Data Integration Specialist -

Is a Senior level Tech role in the Align- APAC Analytics team that is expanding and delivering value in enabling Business growth & efficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to Develop & Deploy Data solutions at Scale and really drive meaningful impact on the business growth.
Role expectations

Develop and Manage Power BI Solutions

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that generate comprehensive reports and insights to support business decision-making. Which needs to be built from scratch.

Business Partnering

-Engage with Business stakeholders to understand the KPIs that we are measuring to track business performance and Architect data solutions to address the same.

Data Lake Integration

- Integrate data from various sources into a data lake, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and accessible & troubleshooting and resolve issues related to data integration and dashboard functionality

Data Modeling

- Create and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs.

ETL Processes

- Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move data from source systems to the data lake and Power BI.

Performance Optimization-

Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability.

Documentation & Training

- Document the data definitions and train Business users to drive usability of the existing & new dashboards.

Analysis Support

- Provide Adhoc analytics support to the marketing & Business teams by performing Exploratory Data analysis using Excel, Power BI & Python.

Team Management & Mentoring

: Manage a team of 2-3 Junior analysts in the team in ensuring they get the right technical guidance & mentoring to deliver the projects on time.

Production Support

- Resolve the Production level bugs in the SLA time to ensure Business continuity is preserved.
What we're looking for

Education & Experience level:

Bachelor's degree in mathematics/science/ information technology and/or equivalent experience. 7-9 years of experience in dataset building, automation & Dashboard development using Power BI. Experience with Business stakeholder management & communication. Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Python. Power BI certification preferred. Working Knowledge SQL, Python, Power BI preferred. Comfort working with data, databases, and tables--whether structuring models in Dataverse or building meaningful visuals in Power BI. A Business oriented mindset and curiosity to begin with. Understanding statistical models and hypothesis testing.
