DESCRIPTION Amazon has spent years building one of the world\'s most efficient and optimized supply chains. Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) is building on that foundation with a bulk storage and distribution service for FBA sellers and innovating towards creating an integrated supply chain offering that can bring sellers\' products from factory floor to customer doors seamlessly. We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented, inventive, and influential Sr. Product Manager Tech for the Inbound charter for a new supply chain experience being launched. The Sr. PMT will be responsible for defining the roadmap and vision for this domain including driving critical decisions that we encounter as part of growth across customer cohorts and across the globe in all marketplaces. This means serving as end-to-end product owner of complex products, including building tracking mechanisms and post-launch improvements. You will partner with engineering teams and a wide variety of other stakeholders across Amazon to define, build and deploy these new products. This is an extraordinarily high-impact role requiring innovative thinking - you will have very strong executive support for your mission. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing cross-cutting technical products and projects with industry-wide impact. The candidate will have the ability to dive deep and build deep understanding of new areas quickly, in order to help engineering and business teams and leaders make the right decisions. You will be a strong communicator and will have proven abilities in leading through ambiguous situations. A technical mindset and/or time spent working with in the broader supply chain industry are all pluses. Key job responsibilities -Own creation of roadmap and long term vision for your domain. -Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of the product features and initiatives that you own. -Work closely both with a dedicated engineering team and cross-functional partners from across the organization - in the US and across the globe. -Meet defined milestones and delivery dates. Own weekly and monthly reporting on the state of the initiatives you own. -Deep-dive core growth and profitability post-launch metrics to uncover business-driving trends and patterns. -Drive adoption growth of rolled out solutions, assess open opportunities to further enhance the customer experience and remove friction points.
