Shape the future of how customers shop for groceries and everyday essentials at Amazon India. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead innovative solutions that enhance the shopping experience for millions of customers. This role offers the opportunity to drive an India-first initiative with potential global impact across Amazon marketplaces. You will transform customer insights into scalable technology solutions while working with diverse teams across the organization.



Key job responsibilities

Design and deliver end-to-end customer experiences by partnering with UX and engineering teams Define product strategy and roadmap based on customer needs and business objectives Lead experimental initiatives to validate hypotheses and drive data-informed decisions Develop and present business cases to gain stakeholder alignment Analyze metrics to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization Partner with global teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and capabilities

Your day begins with reviewing key metrics and addressing any immediate product concerns. You'll participate in planning sessions with engineering and design teams, analyze customer feedback, and refine product requirements. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
