Job Title: Senior PLC Programmer (with Servo Systems Exper?se) Loca?on: Chennai Department: Automa?on / Engineering Reports To: Director Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PLC Programmer with strong exper?se in servo mo?on control systems to design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial automa?on projects. This role involves leading PLC programming efforts, configuring servo drives and mo?on profiles, troubleshoo?ng automa?on systems, and mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibili?es: ? Design, program, and debug PLC-based control systems (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron, AB, Delta etc.) for automated machinery and systems. ? Develop mo?on control logic using servo systems (e.g., Rockwell Kine?x, Siemens S120, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi). ? Create HMI/SCADA interfaces for operator control and system monitoring. ? Interpret electrical schema?cs, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings to develop control strategies. ? Commission and support systems in-house and on customer sites (travel may be required). ? Tune servo motors and mo?on profiles to ensure precise control and synchroniza?on. ? Troubleshoot and diagnose automa?on system issues, including electrical, control, and mo?on problems. ? Collaborate with cross-func?onal teams including mechanical, electrical, and so?ware engineers. ? Mentor junior programmers and contribute to internal knowledge base development. ? Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, quality control, and project deadlines. Requirements: Educa?on & Experience: ? Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automa?on, or related field (or equivalent experience). ? 5-10+ years of PLC programming experience in an industrial automa?on environment. ? Strong hands-on experience with servo drives and mo?on control systems. ? Proven experience with ladder logic, structured text, and func?on block programming. Technical Skills: ? Proficiency with PLC pla?orms (e.g., Mitsubishi, Delta, Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal, Omron). ? Extensive experience with mo?on control pla?orms and servo systems (e.g., Mitsubishi Kine?x, Yaskawa, etc.). ? Solid understanding of industrial networking (CClink, EtherNet/IP, ProfiNet, etc.). ? Experience with safety systems and programming (e.g., Safety PLCs, func?onal safety standards). ? Familiarity with vision systems, robo?cs, or CNC systems is a plus. So? Skills: ? Excellent analy?cal and problem-solving skills. ? Strong communica?on and documenta?on abili?es. ? Ability to manage mul?ple projects and work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
