on control systems to design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial automa
on projects. This role involves leading PLC programming efforts, configuring servo drives and mo
on profiles, troubleshoo
ng automa
on systems, and mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibili
es: ₹ Design, program, and debug PLC-based control systems (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron, AB, Delta etc.) for automated machinery and systems.
Develop mo
on control logic using servo systems (e.g., Rockwell Kine
x, Siemens S120, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi).
Create HMI/SCADA interfaces for operator control and system monitoring.
Interpret electrical schema
cs, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings to develop control strategies.
Commission and support systems in-house and on customer sites (travel may be required).
Tune servo motors and mo
on profiles to ensure precise control and synchroniza
on.
Troubleshoot and diagnose automa
on system issues, including electrical, control, and mo
on problems.
Collaborate with cross-func
onal teams including mechanical, electrical, and so
ware engineers.
Mentor junior programmers and contribute to internal knowledge base development.
Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, quality control, and project deadlines. Requirements: Educa
on & Experience: ₹ Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automa
on, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5-10+ years of PLC programming experience in an industrial automa
on environment.
Strong hands-on experience with servo drives and mo
on control systems.
Proven experience with ladder logic, structured text, and func
on block programming. Technical Skills: ₹ Proficiency with PLC pla
orms (e.g., Mitsubishi, Delta, Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal, Omron).
Extensive experience with mo
on control pla
orms and servo systems (e.g., Mitsubishi Kine
x, Yaskawa, etc.).
Solid understanding of industrial networking (CClink, EtherNet/IP, ProfiNet, etc.).
Experience with safety systems and programming (e.g., Safety PLCs, func
onal safety standards).
Familiarity with vision systems, robo
cs, or CNC systems is a plus. So

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
