Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Planning Engineer

with over 10 years of experience in the real estate development sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing project planning, scheduling, and coordination for large-scale residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project. Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely execution of project plans. Monitor project progress, identify delays or issues, and propose corrective actions. Prepare and update project timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Generate progress reports and dashboards for senior management. Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards. Participate in tendering processes and technical evaluations as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of planning experience in real estate development companies. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and related planning tools. Strong understanding of construction processes, real estate lifecycle, and project controls. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
