Job Summary:

The Site Planning Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating timelines and resources at the site level. This role ensures the effective and timely execution of site activities by aligning manpower, materials, and equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate with site engineers

2.Monitor site progress, identify delays, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.

3.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for internal review.

4.Assist in resource planning including manpower allocation and equipment deployment.

5.Ensure compliance with client specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

6.Collaborate with internal departments to align site plans.

7.Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and validate data reported by the site team.

8.Analyse productivity rates and suggest improvements in planning and execution.

9.Maintain documentation and track work orders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering 3-7 years of experience in site planning Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with safety standards and statutory regulations
