Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist(msk)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing a caseload of patients, and contributing to the development of the physiotherapy team. The role involves a mix of clinical, administrative, and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Management:

- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of physical disabilities and conditions

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

- Provide education and advice to patients and their families on management of their condition

Team Building and Leadership:

- Mentor and support junior physiotherapists and physiotherapy assistants

- Contribute to the development of the physiotherapy team through training, education, and professional development

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Additional Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Participate in continuing professional development to stay current with best practices and new technologies

- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care

- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

Master's degree in Physiotherapy

- Current registration with the relevant professional body

- Significant experience as a physiotherapist, with experience in a leadership or senior role

- Strong clinical and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead others

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
