Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sr. PHP Developer with a strong background in PHP development to join our team. The ideal candidate

will have 4+ years of experience. Candidate should have proficient knowledge on Laravel, Yii.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

? Provide technical guidance and support to the team, assisting with complex coding tasks and troubleshooting issues.

? Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

? Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.

Collaboration and Communication:

? Act as a liaison between the development team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

? Prepare and present project status reports, technical documentation, and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.

? Foster a culture of open communication, encouraging team members to share ideas and feedback.

Quality Assurance:

? Implement and oversee code review processes to ensure the delivery of clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

? Coordinate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of all deliverables.

? Address and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

? 4+ years of experience in PHP development.

? Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js ( +point) and related web technologies.

? Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel,YII .

? Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.

? Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

? Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
