We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Field Sales Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting prospective clients, building relationships, and driving sales of our IT products and services. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a deep understanding of customer needs in the technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals. Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers. Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to understand offerings and customize solutions. Provide feedback from the field to improve products and services.

Qualifications & Skills:

Any graduate Proven field sales experience, preferably in IT or software solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories.
