Job Description

Medication Dispensing:

Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription medications.

Patient Counseling:

Provide comprehensive information to patients about their medications, including dosage, administration, side effects, and interactions.

Pharmacy Operations:

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, prescription review, and ensuring a safe and efficient environment.

Inventory Management:

Maintain adequate stock levels of medications, order supplies, and ensure proper storage.

Regulatory Compliance:

Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards.

Training and Mentoring:

Train and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

Team Leadership:

May oversee the work of other pharmacy personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and patient care.

Clinical Expertise:

Provide expert advice to healthcare professionals on medication selection, dosage, and interactions.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest advancements in pharmacy practice and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
