Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise and Mentor:

Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to pharmacists, technicians, and other support staff to foster professional development and a high-performing team.

Performance Management:

Oversee staff performance, conduct reviews, and manage scheduling to ensure optimal workflow and coverage.
Operational Management

Oversee Operations:

Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Inventory Control:

Monitor, manage, and optimize pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary medications while complying with waste disposal regulations.

Budget Management:

Prepare and manage the pharmacy budget, including forecasts and cost control, to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Compliance and Quality

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure the pharmacy operates in full compliance with all relevant federal, state, and organizational regulations.

Quality Improvement:

Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives, including medication management and safety programs, and conduct regular audits.

Safety Protocols:

Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures to guarantee the safe handling and dispensing of medications.
Patient Care & Clinical Support

Patient Counseling:

Advise patients on drug therapies, proper dosages, and potential side effects, addressing any questions or concerns.

Collaboration with Healthcare Providers:

Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care and optimize medication therapy.

Drug Information Resource:

Serve as a resource for healthcare professionals and patients by providing accurate information on drugs and therapies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
