Role Overview
We are looking for an accomplished
Senior Performance Marketing Manager
to drive our paid acquisition practice across Google and Meta ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in scaling brands, leading high-performing teams, and managing multiple client portfolios with strong ROI ownership.
You will oversee end-to-end performance strategies, mentor a team of performance marketers, and act as a strategic growth partner for clients.
Key Responsibilities
-Strategic Leadership
Own performance marketing strategy across Google Ads & Meta Ads for multi-industry clients.
Design full-funnel growth plans for lead generation, eCommerce scaling, and revenue optimization.
Lead a team of 10-15 performance marketers, ensuring structured learning, execution excellence, and team development.
-Campaign Management
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube & Meta Ads Manager.
Oversee Google Merchant Center, feed management tools (Feedonomics, GoDataFeed), and product catalogs.
Run A/B tests to optimize creative, audience, bidding, and landing experiences.
-Client Management
Handle multiple client portfolios with tailored performance strategies and reporting.
Provide insights backed by analytics using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Supermetrics & other BI tools.
Present performance analysis, growth recommendations, and forecasting to clients.
-Optimisation & Innovation
Establish campaign health frameworks, performance benchmarks, and scaling methodologies.
Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging tools in the paid media landscape.
-Eligibility Criteria
7+ years
of paid digital marketing experience in an agency environment.
Proven success driving ROI across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Strong leadership experience managing performance teams.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign architecture, budget allocation & scaling strategies.
Strong command of Google Analytics, Data Studio, and performance measurement tools.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
-Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience with Amazon Ads, Bing Shopping, or other paid marketplaces.
Knowledge of feed tools (Feedonomics, GoDataFeed, etc.).
Advanced experience with reporting tools like Supermetrics.
Exposure to programmatic platforms or additional paid social channels.
