Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.

Monitor and optimize campaigns for key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.

Work with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Perform keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign efficiency.

Analyze performance data and generate reports to provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with SEO, social media, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

? 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.

Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and programmatic media.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Data Studio.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

Knowledge of attribution models and conversion tracking.
