- Senior Payroll & Compliance Executive

As a

Payroll & Compliance Specialist

, you will be responsible for managing

end-to-end payroll operations, employee records, statutory compliance, and HR processes

.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, wages). Process monthly

payroll

as per defined payroll calendar. Manage

employee compensation, salary inputs, and benefits records

. Handle

full & final settlements

for exiting employees. Create and explain

salary structures / breakups

to employees. Prepare and share

salary registers

with third-party for processing/payment. Ensure

statutory compliance

(PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.). Issue

appointment letters, salary slips, relieving documents

. Conduct

induction sessions

& manage onboarding/offboarding processes. Track overtime, reimbursements, incentives & leave accounting. Coordinate

training programs

for employee skill development.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in

Payroll & Compliance

Strong knowledge of

statutory laws & HR processes

Good communication, coordination & analytical skills
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
